Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and first-level consultation to personnel in an industrial environment
• Perform occupational health assessments including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
• Monitor and control chronic diseases and medical examinations
• Participate in the follow-up of occupational incidents and accidents and generate reports
• Implement health promotion campaigns, vaccination programs, and prevention initiatives
• Maintain order, supply, and control of medical supplies and the nursing area
• Collaborate in staff training regarding health, ergonomics, and risk prevention
• Lead active breaks (pausas activas)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with professional license (cédula)
• 1-2 years of experience in first-level consultation in industrial or plant environments
• Experience in emergency management and first aid
• Knowledge of official labor secretariat standards (NOM) focused on health processes
• Proficiency in basic-intermediate Microsoft Office for incident registration and reporting
• Ability to manage health protocols and indicators
