Industrialization Quality Leader

Responsibilities

• Define quality control plans and targets for components, subassemblies, products, and processes.
• Lead risk analysis processes, including DFMEA and PFMEA, to identify and mitigate industrial, assembly, and safety risks.
• Manage the PPEP process by working with project teams, suppliers, and plant SQEs to develop manufacturing processes.
• Ensure supplier compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements through PPAP and process validation.
• Support assembly line and test design, providing input from risk analysis to validate equipment and processes during pilot runs.
• Monitor and resolve quality issues between suppliers and the company during the design and industrialization phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Design, Automation, Industrialization Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product, project, or process quality (5+ years preferred).
• Strong background in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with quality tools including FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Solid understanding of ISO, RoHS, and REACH regulations.
• Knowledge of PCB, mechanical parts, and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Experience with ODM NPI projects and new product transfer/release in a factory setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management.
• Strong statistical analysis skills to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
