Industrialization Quality Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and control process quality for new projects and products at the SBG factory in Guangzhou
• Select appropriate quality delivery benchmarks for projects
• Define quality targets for products, components, and processes, ensuring consensus with project teams, OQL, factory, and suppliers
• Update quality plans and organize reviews of quality objectives and plans
• Follow up on quality actions and approve quality verification plans
• Facilitate and follow up on AFMEA, DFMEA, Safety Review, and FEMA FTA
• Support and assist Project Managers with risk management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in new product development quality management
• Familiarity with project management processes and corresponding quality deliverables
• Knowledge of factory product quality management operating systems
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
