Industrialization Project Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage project progress, including trial monitoring and coordination assistance
• Support production, maintenance, and cleaning teams through training and formalization
• Update quality systems (self-controls, cleaning plans, HACCP) related to new investments
• Drive problem-solving to ensure product quality and economic performance
• Oversee equipment installation, reception, and parameter validation (storage, process)
• Coordinate external contractors and internal activities, including safety permits and work plans
• Manage FAT/SAT processes and monitor production ramp-up
• Lead continuous improvement projects during the initial phases

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Food Science (Agro) or BTS equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience (including apprenticeships)
• Ability to work in a collaborative and participatory mode
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to formalize and transmit technical know-how
• Analytical mindset and pragmatic approach
