Responsibilities
- Pilot the implementation and industrialization of production means based on project objectives
- Identify malfunctions and implement necessary actions for result optimization (AMDEC)
- Communicate on processes and results during performance evaluation days based on client standards
- Lead project team activity, facilitate information flow, and report on budget, planning, and performance levels
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management
- Technical skills in quality management (Product, Project, Supplier, or Quality Systems)
- Autonomous and proactive personality
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
