About the role
Responsibilities
- Structure and monitor the industrialization schedule
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Design Office, Methods, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
- Ensure the deployment and compliance of industrial validation processes
- Analyze the technical feasibility of additive manufacturing parts and optimize the global chain
- Lead risk analyses and deploy associated action plans
- Write, validate, and update industrial documentation
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing costs and cycle times to secure production ramp-up
- Validate production capability and participate in defining requirements for new machine investments
- Manage industrial non-conformities and lead corrective action plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industrialization or PMO role
- Proven experience within the Aeronautics sector
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Production, Commerce, or IT
- Expertise in industrial validation and risk analysis management
- Strong ability to coordinate complex, multidisciplinary projects
