Industrialization Pilot Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot the industrialization of new products or production lines by coordinating between methods, production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain
• Define, monitor, and implement industrial action plans to ensure technical feasibility, cost control, and deadline adherence
• Interface with suppliers and industrial partners to support production ramp-up
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate industrial risks in collaboration with project teams
• Participate in design and industrialization reviews to ensure manufacturing constraints are integrated
• Implement and monitor performance indicators regarding quality, cost, lead time, and productivity
• Capitalize on feedback (REX) and propose continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering with a specialization in mechanics, materials, or industrial engineering
• Approximately 3 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or production management, ideally in aerospace, space, defense, or high-tech industries
• Knowledge of industrial processes such as machining, assembly, surface treatment, or composites
• Proficiency in project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera
• Experience in supplier management and industrial milestone tracking
• Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean, 8D, AMDEC)
• Professional proficiency in English
