Industrialization Methods Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead production and industrialization teams to meet entity commitments, managing priorities and risks
• Apply specific defense and weapon systems standards and ensure regulatory compliance
• Implement continuous improvement actions using Lean Management on products and processes
• Manage project quality, costs, and deadlines (QCD) including workload estimation and planning
• Supervise and animate a multidisciplinary team of over 30 people (industrial, electronic, software, systems)
• Act as the interface between internal client teams, ALTEN business teams, and Technical Direction
• Perform proactive risk management for complex projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in systems engineering, industrialization, or electronics
• Significant experience in technical project management, ideally in defense or complex industrial systems
• Knowledge of industrialization processes and machining processes
• Proven leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Professional English proficiency
• Ability to travel for professional meetings and events
