Industrialization Methods Pilot

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new products and evolutions by defining manufacturing processes.
• Ensure a smooth transition from development to series production while guaranteeing process robustness.
• Develop and update manufacturing files and work instructions.
• Analyze production flows to identify opportunities for cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to optimize production.
• Provide technical support to production teams and analyze process malfunctions.
• Define corrective actions and participate in root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methods.
• Coordinate transversely with Production, Quality, Design Office, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Purchasing departments.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or a generalist engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrialization, manufacturing methods, and continuous improvement.
• Proven expertise in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
