Industrialization Methods Manager - Robotics

Responsibilities

• Manage a Methods team of 11 engineers and technicians to ensure the industrialization of robotic products.
• Guarantee product industrialization while optimizing price, capacity, quality, and safety.
• Deploy the necessary organization and resources to meet industrial strategy.
• Drive sector performance and manage daily activities.
• Support investment projects, new product launches, and organizational changes.
• Participate in budget development and execution.
• Promote co-design, innovation, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a mechanical assembly industrial environment.
• Proven experience in industrialization project management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and SMED techniques.
• Proficiency with ERP and PLM software.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as AMDEC and 8D.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and rigor.
