About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a Methods team of 11 engineers and technicians to ensure the industrialization of robotic products.
- Guarantee product industrialization while optimizing price, capacity, quality, and safety.
- Deploy the necessary organization and resources to meet industrial strategy.
- Drive sector performance and manage daily activities.
- Support investment projects, new product launches, and organizational changes.
- Participate in budget development and execution.
- Promote co-design, innovation, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a mechanical assembly industrial environment.
- Proven experience in industrialization project management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and SMED techniques.
- Proficiency with ERP and PLM software.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as AMDEC and 8D.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and rigor.
