Industrialization Methods Lot Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical and operational responsibility for an industrialization lot
• Coordinate and animate project teams to guarantee action consistency
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual milestones (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Participate in technical choices related to production methods
• Control the application of quality procedures
• Supervise the implementation of prototypes, tests, and validation of industrial processes
• Identify and manage technical risks and propose corrective action plans
• Coordinate communication between ALTEN teams, suppliers, and clients
• Contribute to the improvement of industrialization methods and tools
• Support tender responses with expertise in industrialization aspects

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in methods or industrial engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in methods, industrialization, and/or the defense or aeronautics sector
• Proficiency in project management and steering
• Expertise in industrial methods and processes
• Knowledge of the V-model
• Professional proficiency in English
