Responsibilities
- Prepare, optimize, and deploy production methods in electrical pre-wiring and assembly workshops
- Write and update instruction sheets (FI) in compliance with 3D plans and technical specifications
- Calculate method times (takt time) to optimize production processes
- Analyze plans and supplier data to anticipate needs for tooling, materials, and workstations
- Provide technical assistance to production teams for method deployment
- Coordinate with design office, quality, and logistics to manage configuration changes
- Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective solutions (process, tooling, documentation)
- Plan activities in line with project deadlines and industrial priorities
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanics, or industrialization
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial methods, ideally in the railway or heavy industrial sector
- Proven experience in writing instruction sheets, manufacturing ranges, and process optimization
- Proficiency in CATIA V5, ENOVIA, SAP, or MS Project is a plus
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement (5S, PDCA, etc.)
