Industrialization Methods Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Prepare, optimize, and deploy production methods in pre-wiring and electrical assembly workshops
• Write and update instruction sheets (FI) in compliance with 3D plans and technical specifications
• Calculate method times (takt time) to optimize production processes
• Analyze plans and supplier data to anticipate needs for tooling, materials, and workstations
• Provide technical assistance to production teams for method deployment
• Coordinate with design office, quality, and logistics to manage configuration changes
• Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective solutions regarding processes and tooling
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality traceability
• Plan activities in line with project deadlines and industrial priorities

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanics, or industrialization
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial methods, ideally in the railway or heavy industry sector
• Proven experience in writing instruction sheets, manufacturing ranges, and process optimization
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, ENOVIA, SAP, or MS Project is a plus
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement (5S, PDCA, etc.)
