Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of industrial projects from cost analysis to completion
• Continuously analyze and improve assembly and manufacturing techniques
• Develop new lines, layouts, tooling/jig designs, and digital tools
• Improve efficiency to reduce manufacturing and assembly process costs
• Conduct time and method studies to establish estimates and measure operator performance
• Identify lost time and create action plans for root causes
• Ensure standardization between lines/machines and monitor industrial indicators
• Lead FMEA (AMDEC) processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in industry, manufacturing, mechanics, or electrotechnics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, process optimization, or lean manufacturing
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD 2D
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of Creo is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in Creo CAD software
