Industrialization Manager Services

Responsibilities

• Deploy industrialization processes and standards at the project level to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Support tenders, CAPEX identification, and Make or Buy analyses to contribute to cost optimization and industrial strategy.
• Ensure consistency across industrial methods, tooling, and industrial data.
• Manage the preparation of industrial documentation for new products, maintenance, renovation, and modernization activities.
• Drive industrial performance through KPI monitoring, Lean deployment, and SQCD improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and EHS standards.
• Coordinate industrialization teams and develop necessary skills in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Previous experience in a similar industrialization role.
• Strong knowledge of industrialization methods and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Expertise in industrial performance management.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Sound decision-making capabilities and a logical, well-organized approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
