Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic interface between R&D and production to ensure industrial and economic constraints are met from design to pre-series.
• Implement "Design to Manufacture" and "Design to Cost" strategies to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct process FMEA (AMDEC) and audit existing manufacturing methods to mitigate risks.
• Define manufacturing and control processes, write industrialization action plans, and compile industrial dossiers.
• Manage economic piloting by establishing series quotes and unit cost estimates (PRU).
• Coordinate qualification activities (product, process, and equipment) through to production ramp-up and manage feedback loops (REX).
• Support supplier selection by evaluating partner capability and stability.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac +5) in a generalist or relevant technical field.
• 4 to 6 years of significant experience in a similar high-responsibility role.
• Mastery of Lean Manufacturing and Design to Cost (DtC) methodologies.
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
• Must hold or be eligible for DGA clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
