About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial transfers and the startup of new mass production lines
- Perform industrial risk analyses (FMEA) and implement production cost optimization actions
- Develop and validate manufacturing documentation including instruction sheets, process sequences, and STL to meet regulatory audits
- Deploy Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED, and Kaizen to optimize flows and reduce scrap rates
- Manage configuration within ERP systems and coordinate with key providers and suppliers
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineering School or University) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Production
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Design Offices and Production environments
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding and machining
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
