Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and implement industrialization processes for new products
• Optimize manufacturing tools and methods to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality departments to ensure industrial feasibility
• Perform analyses and propose continuous improvements to manufacturing processes
• Ensure process compliance with current standards
• Participate in technical problem solving and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's in industrial engineering, mechanics, or equivalent
• Experience in industrialization or methods within an industrial environment
• Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling management
• Proficiency in CAD/DAO software and production management ERPs
• Operational excellence mindset
