Industrial Works Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for the industrial maintenance contract
• Follow and coordinate works on-site
• Optimize the use of technical resources and methods
• Manage and supervise teams of over 50 people depending on activity peaks
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to their needs
• Participate in technical and contractual negotiations with the client
• Ensure strict compliance with the group's safety and quality requirements

Requirements

• Bac+5 or technical degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Pragmatic, field-oriented approach and recognized technical expertise
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service provision or industrial service sectors
