About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of up to 40 contractors across various specialties including piping, civil engineering, steelwork, instrumentation, and electricity
- Ensure work is organized and executed in compliance with safety, environmental, scheduling, and technical specifications
- Prepare interventions including planning, technical clarifications, site visits, execution procedures, and work permits
- Coordinate and supervise specialized trades to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Manage HSE compliance in collaboration with HSE supervisors, ensuring risk analysis and prevention plans are implemented
- Validate technical studies, specifications, and material requirements
- Perform work reception and validate conformity of works and materials against contractual documents
- Manage discrepancies and non-conformities, and oversee the resolution of punch list items
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and the Client
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering, general installations, piping, or steelwork
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TCE (all trades) site management within the chemical, petrochemical, or refining sectors
- Proven experience in coordinating multiple contractors in a co-activity environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and MASE quality and safety procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with MS Project or SAP is a plus
