About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of up to 40 contractors across various specialties including piping, civil engineering, steelwork, instrumentation, and electricity
  • Ensure work is organized and executed in compliance with safety, environmental, scheduling, and technical specifications
  • Prepare interventions including planning, technical clarifications, site visits, execution procedures, and work permits
  • Coordinate and supervise specialized trades to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Manage HSE compliance in collaboration with HSE supervisors, ensuring risk analysis and prevention plans are implemented
  • Validate technical studies, specifications, and material requirements
  • Perform work reception and validate conformity of works and materials against contractual documents
  • Manage discrepancies and non-conformities, and oversee the resolution of punch list items
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and the Client

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering, general installations, piping, or steelwork
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TCE (all trades) site management within the chemical, petrochemical, or refining sectors
  • Proven experience in coordinating multiple contractors in a co-activity environment
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and MASE quality and safety procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MS Project or SAP is a plus
