Industrial Welder III

Responsibilities

• Execute high-complexity welding services on machine parts and structures to restore functionality.
• Lead team efforts in performing corrective and preventive maintenance within the welding area.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance orders to plan fabrication and assembly.
• Perform special welding techniques including TIG, MIG, MAG, and coated electrodes.
• Conduct crack testing on metal parts and inspect welds on structures and piping supports.
• Mentor and guide less experienced welders (Levels I and II) in their daily tasks.
• Prepare, clean, and fit parts for welding, ensuring precise measurements and finishing.

Requirements

• Industrial Welder qualification.
• Advanced welding technique courses.
• Residency in local MG municipalities (Conceição do Mato Dentro, Serro, Congonhas do Norte, Dom Joaquim, or Alvorada de Minas).

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics.
