Industrial Vehicle After-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define relevant maintainability strategies including diagnostics, repair, spare parts, and service.
• Develop and implement repair methods and associated time requirements using both physical and virtual approaches to ensure safety and productivity.
• Provide after-sales expertise during the early packaging study phases of vehicle development to integrate new technologies and components.
• Co-develop technical solutions with engineering teams that are easy and cost-effective to diagnose, maintain, and repair.
• Propose solutions to support after-sales activities such as availability services, diagnostics, spare parts assortment, and reconditioning.
• Collect and analyze best practices regarding product performance and competitor benchmarks.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from a recognized institution (e.g., Isat, Estaca, Ensta, UTBM).
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive product development and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle architecture, specifically regarding chassis, suspension, braking, and cabins.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically CREO M-CAD.
• Ability to program and optimize data processing and analysis.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working in a workshop environment is considered a major asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-site environment.
