Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a maintenance workshop
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers
• Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs on construction equipment in the workshop, on-site, and at factory sites
• Handle troubleshooting and emergency repairs with the team
• Maintain small construction machinery according to manufacturer recommendations
• Ensure equipment compliance following technical inspections
• Write maintenance logs to track all machinery
• Participate in the maintenance of asphalt plants in coordination with plant managers
• Act as second-in-command to a plant manager, understanding asphalt production plant operations

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in industrial maintenance
• At least 5 years of experience in public works or heavy vehicle maintenance
• Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation and standards
• Proficiency with Office tools and ERP (specifically SAP)
• Rigorous, methodical, and organized
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Autonomous with a strong ability to work in a team
