Industrial Support Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy Head of Operations and strategic partner to the Senior Director of Operations
• Drive operational excellence by managing KPIs and operational metrics across supply, logistics, and production
• Lead large-scale continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Design and maintain operational dashboards for executive-level review and data-driven decision making
• Manage annual OpEx and CapEx planning and orchestrate budget forecasting
• Steer multi-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Quality, IT, and Logistics toward strategic objectives
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure industrial standardization
• Provide coaching and performance methodology training to Team Leads and Production Line Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management
• 10–15 years of management experience with a track record of leading large production teams
• 5–7 years of experience specifically within the aeronautic industry
• Strong analytical, project management, and change management expertise
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of industrial manufacturing site management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Expertise in aeronautic structures or mechanical engineering
• Previous experience working with Airbus products
• Formal project management certification
