About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience
- Provide accessory recommendations and product education
- Generate industrial sales leads and exceed productivity goals
- Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping
- Assist Mobile Sales Representatives with truck runs, fittings, and onsite service
- Prepare, load, and unload stock for mobile units and warehouses
- Restore footwear exchanges for resale
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail footwear
- Profit and loss knowledge
- Problem-solving skills
