Industrial Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience
• Provide accessory recommendations and product education
• Generate industrial sales leads
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation and housekeeping standards
• Assist Mobile Sales Representatives with truck runs and onsite service
• Prepare, load, and unload stock for mobile units and warehouse

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and squatting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail footwear
• Profit and loss knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
