Industrial Site Director

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams of managers and technicians to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee datacenter infrastructure maintenance, including electrical, cooling, and security systems.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage maintenance contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement and industrial performance through risk analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage site budgets, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and information security standards (ISO 27001, SOC, PCI DSS).
• Collaborate with Project and R&D teams for datacenter extensions and prototype deployments.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial infrastructure management or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in an operational management role within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and IT environments.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methods and industrial performance management.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to federate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stress-resistance skills.

• Experience with SAP.
