About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure adherence to government and company regulations.
  • Manage personnel security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances and accesses.
  • Conduct security briefings on topics including classification marking, OPSEC, physical security, and communications security.
  • Oversee COMSEC duties, including the inventory, distribution, and destruction of materials.
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity for personnel records and classified material records.
  • Develop and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) programs, procedures, and physical controls.
  • Coordinate with engineering, senior leadership, and U.S. Government customers to resolve complex security challenges and secure approvals.
  • Utilize security databases such as DISS, Scattered Castles, JADE, JADS, and SIMS to manage eligibility and records.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5/SSBI) within the last 5 years, or currently enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program.
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
  • 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, and communications security (COMSEC).
  • Ability to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a successful U.S. government polygraph examination.
