Industrial Security CSSO/CPSO

Responsibilities

• Support tactical operations of the industrial security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD/IC regulations
• Support multi-year security roadmaps for Public Sector projects and accredited facilities
• Manage classified facilities, SOPs, and Fixed Facility Checklists
• Participate in construction and accreditation efforts with government agencies and contractors
• Oversee personnel security management and use government databases like DISS, NBIS, and Scattered Castles
• Support implementation of insider threat and continuous evaluation programs
• Liaison with Government security representatives to ensure compliance with clearances and facilities
• Manage sensitive material control, COMSEC, and OPSEC programs
• Conduct risk assessments and develop advanced security training

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial security
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Expert knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, Intelligence Community Directives, and Special Access Programs
• Experience as an FSO, CSSO, or CPSO with DoD, IC, and SAP customers
• Exceptional communication skills and experience briefing leadership and government officials

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fast-paced AI, R&D, or high-tech environments
• Advanced certifications such as ISP®, CPP®, or SPeD
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or similar
• Experience using Security Controls, Threat Switch, or SIMS software
