Industrial Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Support customer needs by determining correct BPE products and technical solutions
• Provide personalized customer service through timely and accurate quotations for MRO and project needs
• Manage efficient sales order processing and coordinate customer deliveries
• Handle internal and external sales calls to resolve customer and associate inquiries
• Utilize CRM to manage customer projects and specific requirements
• Facilitate PVF (pipe, valve, and fitting) needs in alignment with preferred vendors
• Review and interpret project specifications to ensure accurate execution

Requirements

• 3-5 years of inside sales experience
• 3-5 years of hygienic BPE knowledge
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Highly motivated, customer-service oriented, and able to build professional relationships
