Industrial Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Audit operational areas through visual inspections and safety control plans to identify and correct unsafe conditions
• Advise and train operational personnel on safety standards and risk prevention through individual or group sessions
• Investigate accidents using cause-and-effect analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Conduct SSPA audits across plant departments to improve safety, order, and cleanliness
• Authorize high-risk work permits ensuring regulatory compliance for both internal staff and external contractors
• Provide safety recommendations for new processes and installations to prevent accidents
• Ensure product quality and legality by following good manufacturing practices

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• 3 years of experience in similar industrial safety roles
• Expertise in industrial safety procedures, SPTS regulations, and brigade coordination
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle portals
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in personnel management
• Intermediate English language skills
