Industrial Relations Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and execution of the Propymes program within the Techint Organization.
• Provide support to the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) value chain across various departments, including Engineering, Processes, HR, Finance, Commercial, Institutional, and CSR.
• Collaborate on the analysis of strategic company projects related to the industrial value chain.

Requirements

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering with at least 50% of the degree completed (final exams passed).
• Approximately 1.5 to 2 years of study remaining in the degree program.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency with the ability to hold conversations.
• Proficiency in common IT and office tools.
• Basic programming knowledge is preferred.
