Industrial Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all Industrial Relation matters, including employee welfare and facilities
• Facilitate CBA negotiations to reach win/win outcomes incorporating productivity targets
• Keep Management and CBA informed of trends and changes in labor legislation to ensure compliance
• Manage Workers Annual Assessments and lead in-house training and education programs
• Organize forums or seminars to update line managers on labor laws and policies
• Educate CBA members on company plans, productivity initiatives, and future objectives
• Manage recruitment for workers, apprentices, and junior levels using various sourcing channels
• Analyze sourcing data such as turnover, retention, and new hires to suggest courses of action

Requirements

• Masters in Business Management or equivalent educational background
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Collective Bargaining within an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws
• Proven experience in negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Pushto is preferred
