About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Industrial Digital Projects & Initiatives Portfolio and budget in alignment with business priorities
- Manage site Industrial System Controllers and Digital Key Users networks
- Act as Regional Process Owner for Digital Manufacturing Execution (MES)
- Manage digital demand for plants
- Coordinate with Regional and Global Digital & IS organizations
- Lead the regional Manufacturing digital team
- Build the Digital Roadmap and related budget for the domain
- Report domain activity to Regional and Global Industrial Digital Teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent with experience
- Approximately 5 years of experience in industrial environments (PM, CI, IT, etc.)
- Advanced user of digital systems and understanding of digital concepts
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing production environments and processes
- Strong project management skills
- Technical skills in digital tools and at least one digital domain
- Basic knowledge and concepts of automation
- Fluent English
- Change management and multicultural communication skills
