About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and manage the quality of machine tools at the Saint-Éloi factory
  • Collaborate within multi-skilled production teams to ensure process compliance
  • Perform inspections in non-conformity zones and write non-conformity reports
  • Manage non-conformities, write deviations, and create MES/Andon entries
  • Coach operators on quality mindset and conduct operational surveillance
  • Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5M and 8D
  • Analyze measurement reports and participate in continuous improvement meetings (SQCDP, ROP)
  • Communicate with various stakeholders including design offices and suppliers

Requirements

  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and digital tools
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis (5M, 8D/PPS)
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, specifically machine tools
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma
  • Ability to manage non-conformities (experience with SAP PGI, PEA, or PAC is a plus)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing sequences, and engineering documents
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation (day/night)
