About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformities and manage corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor quality indicators and lead performance reviews
- Participate in new product industrialization and design reviews
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality best practices
- Act as the quality contact for clients and external partners
- Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's in Industrial Engineering or Quality
- Significant experience in industrial quality
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, AMDEC, QRQC, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Knowledge of audit methods (internal, supplier)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Rigor, proactivity, and strong communication skills
