About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee product and manufacturing process compliance according to current quality standards
- Identify, analyze, and treat internal and external non-conformities
- Implement corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with production teams
- Ensure follow-up of quality audits (internal, client, supplier)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial processes
- Monitor assembly operations, metal structure controls, paint quality, and welding processes
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (BAC+5) specialized in industrial quality, mechanics, or metallurgy
- Initial experience in the railway or industrial sector
- Knowledge of quality standards and tools such as 8D, AMDEC, and audits
- Ability to work in a team with rigor and analytical skills
- Operational English is appreciated
