About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) and perform Defects per Unit (DpU) and External Demerit analysis
  • Implement and update quality control plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities
  • Support hand-over decisions (GO/NOGO) and stop production for safety concerns when necessary
  • Participate in Criticality Matrix analysis and contribute to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
  • Lead First Article Reviews (FAR) and participate in mounted reviews (FMR/SMR)
  • Manage Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support closure using problem-solving methodologies
  • Manage the Car History Book and ensure product compliance before shipping
  • Qualify manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection processes and perform workstation audits

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of quality control processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as QRQC
  • Familiarity with Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
