Industrial Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial quality activities in the workshop, including leading the quality team and monitoring KPIs
• Design, implement, and update Quality Control Plans based on manufacturing processes and lessons learned
• Perform industrial quality controls, inspections, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)
• Stop production when mandatory rework is required to maintain quality standards
• Participate in customer joint inspections and process FMEA definitions
• Support manufacturing teams with self-inspection training and audits
• Coordinate incoming inspections, external inspections, and lab testing
• Collaborate with supply chain and supplier quality teams to address defects and ensure part availability

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in quality management
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately
