Industrial Qualification Deployment Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the Industrial Qualification Plan at the Production Unit level, including definition, planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Lead technical weekly review meetings and monthly reviews with Airbus and Subcontractor IQ Assessors
• Present Industrial Qualification results to WideBody FAL/CL Operations
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the event of deviations and follow up on resulting actions
• Act as a technical leader and coach for IQ Assessors, providing technical support and serving as the first escalation level
• Serve as the Quality focal point for the creation and update of work specifications (P+Q)
• Act as the Quality referent for Airbus Manufacturing Processes (AIPI) within the RMS group
• Deploy process deployment and adherence strategies within the local perimeter
• Capture and escalate operational feedback to process owners to improve ways of working
• Measure process performance and identify lessons learned and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in performing quality assurance within program environments
• Expertise in quality fundamental standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex subjects synthetically
• Ability to influence and negotiate with diplomacy and integrity
• Fluency in both English and French at a negotiation level
• Experience with prevention or solving methods such as APQP, DFMEA, or PPS is a plus
• Background in a Production Group is a plus
• Digital competencies are a plus
