Industrial Project Procurement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the project procurement process from requirement definition to contractual and financial closure
• Launch, manage, and monitor orders for equipment, components, technical services, and industrial services
• Develop and deploy short and medium-term project procurement and industrial category strategies
• Analyze technical needs in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Consult, evaluate, and select industrial and technical suppliers
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to meet cost, quality, and deadline objectives
• Coordinate suppliers regarding project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and industrial constraints
• Manage supplier risks and deviations in planning or costs in interface with project teams

Requirements

• Higher education in procurement, engineering, or supply chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project procurement within an industrial environment
• Experience in technical or international contexts (CAPEX, industrialization, new products)
• Strong knowledge of industrial supplier markets (equipment, technical parts, engineering services)
• Proficiency in the project tender process (scoping, consultation, techno-economic analysis, negotiation)
• Ability to interact with technical stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, finance)
• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with ERP or Procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Ivalua, Coupa) is a plus
