Industrial Project Planner

Responsibilities

Upstream Phase:

• Define and list project tasks across all trades
• Establish WBS structure for engineering, procurement, and construction phases
• Develop detailed technical activities in coordination with disciplines
• Integrate time and resource constraints
• Identify and communicate critical paths
• Implement project performance indicators and dashboards (progress, slippage, histograms, S-curves)

Execution Phase:

• Participate in weekly project coordination meetings
• Analyze and address causes of delays
• Monitor task progress and update schedules weekly
• Provide monthly reporting to management
• Consolidate construction schedules with contractors
• Lead meetings to optimize intervention times and facility availability
• Manage additional works and execution contingencies
• Contribute to end-of-project feedback and lessons learned

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 (Technician level) in project management, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in chemistry, petrochemicals, refining, Oil & Gas, or nuclear sectors
• Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel
• Rigorous, methodical, and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Primavera P6
• Proficiency in PowerBI
