About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic industrial projects involving liquid processes, industrial buildings, and bottling lines
  • Manage all project phases from the finalization of studies through to execution and realization
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, deadline, and performance commitments in a demanding industrial environment
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, safety, finance) and external partners (suppliers, integrators, engineering firms)
  • Provide structured project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and key decision-making
  • Collaborate with Group Procurement to manage strategic suppliers and secure contractual and technical commitments
  • Facilitate site organization during construction phases, ensuring smooth interfaces between teams and operations
  • Contribute to the supervision of other investment projects by providing technical and methodological expertise

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in process engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in industrial project management, ideally within food/beverage, bottling, or process industries
  • Strong knowledge of new works, industrial installations, and building/utility/process interfaces
  • Mastery of project management methodologies, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting
  • Solid understanding of CAPEX, validation processes, and financial project tracking
  • Professional English proficiency and the ability to work in an international context
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners
