Industrial Project Manager - Assembly & Digital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and deployment of industrial assets to improve Final Assembly Line (FAL) manufacturing performance.
• Lead and support digital solutions deployed across FALs to optimize assembly processes.
• Support daily workshop activities and resolve technical crises related to structural assembly.
• Foster team knowledge-sharing and ensure technical harmony across various plants and FALs.
• Drive change management and prepare advanced technological solutions for future aircraft programs.

Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related industrial field.
• Proven experience in project and budget management, continuous improvement, and Manufacturing Engineering tools.
• Technical expertise in aeronautical assembly processes and industrial network environments.
• Digital skills including programming (Python, C#, etc.) and proficiency in BI tools (Skywise, Looker Studio).
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English.
