Industrial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and list project tasks
• Elaborate detailed project schedules and cost estimates including all trades
• Plan technical activities to optimize intervention times
• Participate in project meetings and update associated tasks
• Monitor task progress and ensure reporting to project management
• Coordinate activities with contractors and operators
• Analyze causes of delays and implement solutions
• Develop detailed schedules for interventions including study, purchase, and execution phases
• Lead work meetings to optimize project management and construction schedules
• Participate in pre-project and EPC cost estimation
• Maintain a database of material and labor costs
• Consult subcontractors and contractors for project costs

Requirements

• Engineering degree with specialization in project management, planning, or estimation
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and cost estimation within industrial engineering
• Knowledge of various construction trades (piping, boilermaking, electrical, civil engineering, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills
