Industrial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot the delivery of a project portfolio focusing on continuous improvement (Quality, Cost, Delay)
• Estimate workloads and completion timelines
• Structure, plan activities, and monitor skills allocated to projects
• Organize and lead steering committees
• Provide regular internal and external operational reporting
• Select operational teams
• Functionally manage project teams of 15 to 30 engineers
• Act as the ALTEN representative on client sites
• Support the development of technical offers during tender phases
• Identify talent and coach team leaders to ensure skill development

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
• 2 to 4 years of experience, including experience in an industrial production environment
• Proven experience in direct management (5-10 people) or functional management of teams larger than 15 people
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
• English proficiency is a plus
