Industrial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team focused on the production of aircraft engine parts
• Manage project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, methods, quality, and supply chain
• Manage the industrialization milestones for aeronautical parts at internal or external sites
• Create and update industrialization schedules and alert on delays
• Plan, lead, and document key project meetings
• Manage external suppliers responsible for part manufacturing

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in materials, manufacturing processes, mechanics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in demanding industrial environments (aerospace, defense, automotive, or energy)
• Knowledge of industrialization processes such as DVI or PPAP
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for metal/composite parts and machining
• Proficiency in technical English for documentation and client/supplier exchanges
• Leadership skills to manage transverse teams
