Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and study project feasibility
• Build technical proposals in collaboration with technical teams
• Manage projects both internally and externally
• Establish and execute specifications based on client requests
• Prepare, organize, and lead project kickoff meetings and perform follow-ups
• Manage transport and ensure installation delivery complies with technical requirements
• Implement product modifications based on client specifications with technical teams

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering, industrial processes, or thermodynamics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business management within an industrial environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership
• Ability to lead meetings and drive projects to completion
• Professional proficiency in English
