Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects from problem definition to solution implementation
• Manage LBIP project management and oversee 5 to 6 Works Packages
• Establish OPEX and CAPEX budgets
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of performance issues
• Facilitate progress meetings and workshops
• Prepare and present progress reports and results to stakeholders and management
• Identify financial gain opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Develop process optimization plans to enhance productivity and quality
• Ensure the sustainability of improvements through process controls and regular audits

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in LBIP, 5S, 8D, KAIZEN, PDCA, LEAN, and SQCDP methodologies
• Experience in project management within industrial settings
• Change management skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Suite
• Ability to manage Works Packages
• Proactive attitude with a strong field presence and leadership skills
