Responsibilities

• Apply the company's purchasing policy and QHSE development rules
• Perform supplier sourcing and manage qualification processes
• Issue requests for quotation and tenders to referenced or prospective suppliers
• Analyze offers and conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Establish orders and manage contractual aspects
• Monitor and ensure delivery and completion deadlines are met
• Liaise with internal technical stakeholders to define needs
• Manage purchasing families for equipment and services (Electricity, instrumentation, IT, HVAC, fire detection, etc.)
• Participate in investment projects and equipment tenders
• Contribute to the Purchasing Plan in assigned areas

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in purchasing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the industrial sector
• Knowledge of the industrial environment (equipment, materials) and projects (new, maintenance, or shutdowns)
• Experience on an industrial site (refining, petrochemicals, chemistry) is required
• Mastery of the purchasing process and supplier/subcontractor relationship management
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Proficiency in English (written and oral) is a major asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial technical or scientific training is a plus
• Interest in technical subjects
